Acceptance of Terms. By using https://umconstructionllc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, UM Construction LLC markets and arranges Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Wall Patching, Drywall Taping, Drywall Mudding, Suspended Ceiling Installation, Drop Ceiling Grid, Interior Wall Framing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by UM Construction LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. UM Construction LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://umconstructionllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. UM Construction LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of UM Construction LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold UM Construction LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NV for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
